alastairs cars just send me a mail lying that they told me my 50pounds for the hyundai car is non refundable. I AM SAYING THIS AGAIN ,NOBODY TOLD ME MY 50POUNDS IS NON REFUNDABLE ON THE SAID DATE THAT I PAID TO ALASTAIR, WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND, I WAS TOLD WE CAN PAY YOU,AS A MATTER OF FACT ,MO JUST GAVE ME HIS ACCOUNT DETAILS ,AND I MADE THE PAYMENT.SO FOR ALASTAIRS TO SAY WE EXPLAINED TERMS AND CONDITION TO ME IS NOTHING BUT LIES, TRUTH WILL ALWAYS REMAIN. OLA
I got my Mazda's from Alastair Cars last year. Very good car, I have had no issues with it at all and the salesman was a great help. The car was clean and in brilliant condition and a really good price. I would recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Bought my VW Golf from Alastair Cars in May 2016. The car broke down the day I bought it meaning that I had to call the AA. Took the car back to the garage who replaced the exhaust and the NOX sensor for free. The engine failed again after another week. Took back to the garage and again fix the problem. Ran ok up until last month. December 2016 there is loss of power in the engine, car going into limp mode. Repairs left me with a £150 bill as well as ruining my Christmas plans. Now the car has gone into limp mode yet again and I have been quoted £400 for repair! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership as they clearly knew they flogged me a faulty car as there is so many problems with it. Very frustrated and annoyed. I will be getting in touch with this garage soon regarding these issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!
Rubbish rubbish the car had a problem needed to be fix however he took my car to his garage in which they did not find the problem in which i was very unhappy i asked him for my money back or even a exchange in another car because i was very unhappy about the service he told me no and i said i will take it further he said ok i will see you in court.when i first got there he was very nice of course because they want the money however if there is a problem then god help you cause they wont I WONT BE EVER BUYING A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN WHAT A MISTAKE

Thank you alastair cars for exchanging my car for another i,m very happy with this new car and i would always recommend to friends and family.thank you for being patient with me and being calm and professional i would have to eat my own words and apologise for putting up such a bad review however i,m happy that we had sorted this situation out there has been a good outcome for the both of us im glad that i came back to you again these guys are friendly and hardworking and i m really happy about this new car. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.
I bought a Clio back in April and the service was pretty good, The car was reasonably clean and in good shape. After a week or so of having the car I did discover a leak in the sunroof which I am going to try and get fixed at the dealership as soon as I can but other than that I cant report any other problems.

Alastair cars were great, I had a problem with the head gasket but the dealership worked with me to get it fixed, I've been driving the car for around a month and a half now and it drives perfectly, I'd have no problems recommending them.

On the final question I will tell that of course I would recommend to my friends and family. The guy who dealt with me through my purchase was very friendly. He was a very very good guy treated me well, I would go Alastair Cars in Sydenham again if need to buy a new car
