I bought car and thay sale faulty car from 2nd day car showing engine light when i ask them thay say i have to pay for it thay r rob my money
I bought a LandRover Freelander 2 from this company. My initial experience was very good, however the bonnet sensor developed a fault and after reporting it to Matt they had their Auto Electrician look at it and after a couple of hours gave me the car back as resolved. A day later the fault returned and Matt said that they would have to fit a new sensor. They again returned the car as repaired, now however the sensor is non functioning and appears to be “bypassed” with a wire loop in the sensor so even when the bonnet is open the sensor does not register it, which can be potentially dangerous.

just bought a Porsche from ampthill car sales for the wife I would like to thank brad for the excellent service they provided I would highly recommend them..the car is in new condition as advertised with very low millage very happy wife

Yes you sell faulty cars and after you not answer call as well. DONT BUY CAR FROM AMPTHILL ROAD CAR SALES.

Don't even bother coming to Ampthill Road Car Sales. My friend put down a deposit for a car but when she came to see the car they said the car was not available anymore because the car was taken by the finance company. Basically they are selling cars that they cannot legally sell. So please people stay clear away from them and do read some of the other reviews.

Sold me a car that was faulty then turned they're back on me, left with massive repair cost that I couldn't pay for

Absolutely excellent experience with Ampthill Road Car Sales. Bought my first car here and couldn't have been happier with the service provided. The guys here were extremely helpful and made sure everything was done and ready on day of collection. Very polite. Couldn't fault them one bit. Would definitely recommend buying here and will be coming again for my upgrade in a few years. Thank you so much. Now to enjoy the car.
I bought a car yesterday May 6th 2017 from Scott at Ampthill Road car sales and was delighted with the service and the car that I purchased. Bobby kept me updated regarding the car before I could get to see it. There was no pressure, the vehicle was well presented and the transaction was easy, straight forward and swift. I have no complaints whatsoever. Scott was pleasant and helpful in arranging insurance . I would highly recommend this small car sales operation. Two guys working hard to make a living.

Stay away from this company and do not leave a deposit they won't give it back I left one over the phone with Scott who at the time did not mention it was non refundable till I came to view the car found it was not as described in the advert on autotrader so decided not to purchase and they have kept my deposit I signed no contract or was given any terms and conditions.stay clear of amptill road car sales.

I lost a deposit before but I always leave a deposit on the basis I am wanting to buy the car not just look at it and say I don't want it ...from that time onwards I would always view first now ....and the company do have the right to not refund because they could of potentially loose sales.
