Purchased a vehicle. Took it on a short test drive there was no issues. The car was delivered that evening, the day after purchase there was nothing but issues since then. Went back to the garage on multiple occasions to get this resolved. However no work was done on the vehicle just fault codes cleared. Due to the multiple issues on the vehicle i decided to give the vehicle back for a full refund. The day we agreed to return the vehicle we was stuck in traffic by a matter of minutes however they closed the garage and ignored every text message and phonecall. We then returned at a later date we was advised someone would be able to accept the car back and refund the funds that was paid for the vehicle. But we was advised via the person at the garage "oh hes on holiday the owner and wont be back for 1 week" So the refund could not be processed as they couldnt give us the details in order to fill in the v5 the bloke who collected the vehicle didnt know anything about what was happening he said i dont know what you need but accepted the vehicle and keys with no issues. They had the vehicle for up to 3 weeks till they decided they would refund the monies and then advised there was damage to the vehicle which was absolute nonesense. They advised the refund was processed and would take up to 14 days the 14 days arrived and we was still having to chase them for payment. If you want to buy none roadworthy vehicles then by all means go here!!!. Customer service was great prior to purchase of the vehicle. When it came to a refund they went on the missing list with no reply and no response to any phonecalls or texts. They was fast enough to take the money via bank transfer there and then but when it came to getting paid back they dragged there heals. I was left without any money and no vehicle for 3 weeks but they didnt care less. AVOID!!!

Dear Gary, We are very surprised to see your bad review here as I would like to mention that there was only service light issue with the vehicle and as soon as you mentioned that you wanted to return the vehicle we were happy to take it back. We are not open 24/7 and not available 24/7 to respond on calls or texts. After checking the cameras we found that the vehicle came back to us damaged. As we promised you got paid on time so there was no need for chase. All steps carried fair and thanks for your unfair review.
I’ve purchased my second car for my daughter without viewing it and I’m really pleased with the service they have provided to me. I’ve purchased the car in the morning and afternoon time it was delivered parked outside my house. Thank you

I purchased a car in may 2024 same day after traveling home the engine light came on and car went into limp mode They came out after 2 days and just knocked the light off so it was obviously going to work as normal A few days later same the light came back on , as the car only come with 4 weeks warranty they basically dragged it out picking the car up and left it 2 weeks before they bothered to do anything leaving me with a car I couldn’t drive NOT WHAT YOU WANT WHEN YOU’VE JUST BOUGHT IT! When they did apparently fix the car as it was a faulty sensor they said they had fixed this A few days later the light came back on I took the car to my local garage my family use and he had to fit a new sensor as he said there hadn’t been a new sensor fitted they was basically just turning off the engine light and when I’ve messaged them about issues I have been ignored I sent them the invoice of the work I’d had to get done that they should of done and I think there just rude I wouldn’t recommend using this company at all when buying a car not worth the headache !

Hello Cheney, sorry to hear that you’ve had an issue with the vehicle. I’ve checked the details and since we sorted the issue then you have never contacted us again. We are always happy to solve the issue but now we are in August and you are just sending the invoice requesting us to pay. Firstly you had to contact us and we would have find the solution for the vehicle.

I contacted you Monday 1st of July to be ignored about the issue then contacted you again to state the work you said you’d done to the car had not been done and I’d had to pay for it and sent the invoice asking for a refund because you hadn’t carried out a job you said you’d done leaving me out of pocket to be then ignored again when the invoice was sent !
They are the best! Amazing service and makes the process really smooth. Goes above and beyond for customers. I had a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle from them.
