Went to have a look at the cars on show at Hewaswater Garage with no intention of buying. Saw a Ford Eco Sport that I liked and spoke to Shaun Hocking the salesman. Gave me the keys and told me to have a quick drive in it to see what I thought. Really liked the car and after having a very informative talk with Shaun I decided to trade my old car in an buy the Ford. Three days later the car was mine and Shaun did all the paper work for me so there was no worries. Really friendly service .
I recently bought a used car from Andrew Toms at Hewaswater Garage and from the beginning every member of staff I have dealt with, both on the phone and in person, from sales staff to mechanics, have been friendly, polite & helpful. From collection at the local station to lifts while waiting for a couple of outstanding niggles to be sorted nothing has been too much trouble - and it's not as tho I was spending big - these people just want to make their customers happy. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't buy a car from Hewaswater Garage again, any problems with the vehicle they just don't want to know and string you along till the 3 month warranty runs out!

This garage has sorted out the problems with my car and I'm now happy with the results. There was a breakdown in communications which I'm confident won't happen again.
After buying 2 cars in the last year, I would recommend this garage. Simon and his staff are very helpful and can't do enough to make you a satisfied customer. Car sales you can definitely trust. Every vehicle is immaculately presented and serviced. This in Cornwall is a particularly a rare thing. Thank you for the great cars.
Awful garage do not buy a car from them!!!! The warranty is irrelevant and they do not fix the problems despite several trips! The staff are rude and one of which was shouting and swearing down the phone at me and said she would put the phone down on me. Customer service very very poor. Really disappointed and do not wish anyone to receive such awful service. Truly I wouldn't touch them!!!!

I booked my parents car in here as my father is too unwell to do this himself and there were a couple of issues that needed attention. The staff (especially Melanie who I explained the situation too) were very helpful and went out of their way for us. On top of this the final bill came in at nearly half the price than the dealership the car was purchased from quoted. Highly recommended!!

I recently purchased another vehicle from Hewaswater Garage. The car was very nicely presented, after an initial misunderstanding Simon the sales manager was most helpful and courteous throughout the sale and exchange of vehicles. I would certainly use them again should the need arise.

I recently visited Hewaswater garage to view a car. Simon was very attentative, knowledgable, showed me the history and service record, two items I am very interested in. The car was in excellent condition and after a decent drive I made my purchase. Thank you Hewaswater for a first class sevice. Highly recommended.
