I recently purchased a Nissan Navara from Paul and Reece at Apsley my wife and I were very impressed and we would not go anywhere else to buy another vehicle. The guys really know their commercial vehicles and nothing was too much trouble we got exactly what we were looking for and would have no hesitation in recommending to family friends or anyone else that wants a reliable honest and knowledgeable business to deal with.

I came across Apsley Vans purely because they had such a good deal on Nissan Navaras and were one of the few dealerships who actually had them in stock. So I'd read no reviews of any dealerships and met Paul and Reece completely out of the blue. From start to finish they were nothing but helpful and provided an excellent service, they were extremely patient even when I managed to mess up the financial payment. I don't buy new cars very often, but for the next one I'll be calling them.

I sadly had the misfortune to be taken in by Aspley Van Sales recently. Initially they seemed great. Friendly, helpful and honest enough. Sadly I now feel very differently. I was told that the part exchange for my vehicle was so low because it would be being sent straight to 'trade'... it is now on their website for 50% more than they gave me. Having agreed to go for finance to pay the balance, I then started to receive calls from A Plan insurance. They initially told me it was the finance company that had given my details and then that it was the dealer. Keeping in mind I had not given permission for my details to be handed out, someone somewhere was lying and breaking the law. The sales guy seemed to think that telling me his girlfriend had been bombarded with calls when they organised finance for her would make me feel better about it. When I collected the car, I had to sit and listen to the Director tell a customer how he had put all sorts of extra items in the back of his van as he had spent so much with them. In my van... a cheap air freshener. I appreciate I was spending less than the other guy, but a hell of a way to make a customer feel special. Finally, I was told that I would receive a call in a week or two to check all OK... still nothing nearly six weeks later. All in all, Apsley Vans live up to that age old stereotype of used car dealers... Not a nice experience.

Excellent customer service from Paul Jones and Reece. The puchase and part/exchange was seamless and both Paul and Reece went to extra lengths to provide exceptional after sales service. If you buy a van from Aspley Van Sales you can totally trust that you will be getting a great van in perfect condition everything has been taken care of to get you that perfect product , Paul works really hard to make sure that all his vehicles are 100% spot on like new. Also he does his best to get you the price you want for your "trade in" and the whole deal from start to finish leaves you feeling pleased that a dealer hasn't had your pants down around your ankles.
