Purchased a car 2 weeks ago and have had to get the RAC out twice already. My partner is heavily pregnant and could go into labour at any moment and I've been sold a car that picks and chooses when it wants to start. Over a week wait for an available repair at a different dealership and no courtesy car available. Shocking.

I haven't yet purchased my car but not for the want and iniative for trying by sales person Ryan Harding. Ryan is very personable and sincere with a genuine desire to help me find the best car at the best price. Ryan arranged for a video to be made and sent to me of a car I was unfamiliar with. He was patient and understanding when my review of the car itself was less than positive! He remains committed to finding the right car for me and is surely a fabulous example of someone who genuinely wants to ensure great customer service for all those visiting Arnold Clark Liverpool.

I've bought 6 cars from the branch and I've always been helped through everything and had no problems. If anything does go wrong the guys have always helped put it wright

As a disabled customer I was offered no help or assistance I can't get out my car on my own there was no parking no one to help me take my car for m.o.t.. Was highly embarrassing no service offered as in picking up my vehicle if there is a service even after me explaining how bad my condition was it still wasn't offered, my car failed yet I wasn't offered a courtesy car just left for 10 days until I could get kwick fit mobile out unable to even go to a shop. Totally disappointed and I have a service soon the anxiety fills me with dread. Oh an they didn't even bother to give it so much as a while down cos I'm perfectly capable of doin that too. 🙄

Had a service and mot from here. Despite them knowing for a few hours my car failed on a tyre they left it until 5 mins before they closed (and half an hour after I went to collect my car) that it needed a tyre and told me they don't have a tyre in stock. Their attitude was they couldn't care, they told me its not their issue and was very unhelpful. Tried to offer me a tyre at over £50 more expensive than elsewhere with no commitment as to when they could fit it. Basically wanted to try and couldn't care less about leaving me without a car. Their attitude is terrible. Avoid at all costs
