They sold the faulty cars. First day, first journey, warning light came on and there were many other issues. I reported all of them. Nearly 40 days and nothing got resolved. They lies one after another including their managers and none takes the responsibility. I have all the emails as evidence to prove what I am saying. JUST DON'T TRUST THEM AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ARNOLD CLARKS.

Protect your sanity and hard earned cash... don't buy from Perth Arnold Shark! DO NOT TRUST ARNOLD CLARK. Arnold Clark deserve ZERO stars. When buying a new car you want 3 vital things: reliability, safety and security. My nearly new Peugeot offers none of these. But Arnold Clark don't care - they just take your cash to hit their monthly targets and walk away. After the sale they refuse to resolve issues despite selling you a lemon - even when the car is one of their own registered vehicles and is under Peugeot's manufacturer warranty. Shockingly bad service. Arrogant, disrespectful Perth General Manager who hides in his office. Rude sales team who just try to sell you another, lesser car to help them hit their next target. Rude servicing staff who speak to you like you're an idiot. Useless mechanics who repeatedly take the car in to fix the issue only to return it with a new one. They can never work out and fix the problem even though they take your car away for days at a time... a whole week last time! Arnold Clark can't repair locally either, instead they expect you to drive miles and miles away to other Arnold Clark garages in Scotland. You have to take more and more time off work and chase constantly. With no courtesy car you're expected to find your own way back from the other side of the country by bus, train or taxi. In the beginning Arnold Clark Stirling staff even advised me to complain to Head Office at the poor level of service from Perth!! Having already had to take so much time off work and having already had to shell out for multiple taxis, I have given up on Arnold Clark and been forced to go to another local dealer - staff there are not at all surprised by my negative experience! Only wish I had known of Perth Arnold Clark's poor local reputation before I parted with my hard earned cash! Arnold Clark's level of customer service is wholly unacceptable. I regret buying from Arnold Clark. I will never buy from or hire from Arnold Clark again. Buyer beware - please do your due diligence and think twice about buying here!!

David Stewart and Adi Moffat never fail to provide care, attention, experience and knowledge when we are making a new purchase. This takes the stress out of the decision making process providing us with reassurance throughout. They always greet and meet us and treat us with friendly diligence. Hand-over and after-sales service, particularly in these restrictive times, has been proficient and cognitive of current government guidelines.

We were collecting our car after getting service and first MOT and were looking to see if there was a newer car to suit our budget. Sachin Kumar came out to ask if he could help. We came away from the garage with a nearly new car and within our budget. Thank you Sachin. Our previous car was also bought from Sachin. Good work.

Mr Krystian H. is very helpful. We had a problem with language and he explain everything.
When ordering the car, I was told that I would get warrantee, break down cover, 2 years service & MOT all for free. turns out that is an added extra of about £800. After noticing, the salesman didn't care that he had been caught and didn't apologise just seemed more annoyed that I found it and took it off. CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY. I had to ask about a video for the internals (this should be sent with the whole car) and once again this was glanced over due to damage inside the car (he sent a 51 second clip of the inside of the car and most of the video was Arnold Clark adverts) When the car got delivered: We weren't told about marks or damage to the external of the car (paint damage down to the base layer & deep scratches all over the car) When I spoke to the sales manager he didn't seem to care that all of this had happened and gave a forced apology. DO NOT USE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Would like to say had fab customer service from Krystian love my new car and the follow up after I collected my car from him and Emma was fab very happy and well done to them both especially Krystian
Took out a five year finance plan on a four year old car in November 2019. One and a half months later the exhaust fell off. Got the problem fixed. Now the whole exhaust system needs replaced and was quoted over £2k. Had the car only 12 months and it’s costing over £2k to repair it. Would recommend getting the car to a trusted garage within the week to get a real professional to look at it before committing.

Bought a second hand car today from Arnold Clark Perth. Had travelled considerable distance last week to view. Had a think about it overnight and collected the car today. Having had a bad experience at another car showroom, had my faith restored with excellent customer service. Car was ready waiting for a test drive on Friday and all paperwork ready and waiting for me when I collected it today. Very impressed, the salesman Craig Sutherland, as nothing was too much trouble and anything asked for answered promptly and knowledgably. Would definitely recommend Arnold Clark Perth and Craig to all family and friends, for prompt and attentive service.
