We visited Arnold Clark Perth Motorstore on Sunday looking for a car for my daughter and dealt with Craig Sutherland. Craig was very professional and explained everything thoroughly and got us a great deal. When we went to pick up the car it was awaiting on us in a separate area with balloons and a bow which a thought was a really good.

From the minute we walked into Arnold Clark Perth Motorstore it has been truly awful. Hard pressure sales. Told the car we were buying had a new clutch fitted.. on an automatic. Told it was a 4wd but found out from a main dealer it was front wheel only. Took almost 2 weeks to get refund back. Managers never available during complaints process. Go to a reputable car dealer and stay well away. Completely unprofessional.

I bought my car from a salesman called Lawrie at Arnold Clark Motorstore in Perth. Not only did he help me choose exactly what I wanted, but he also saved me almost 800 pound on my old car. Car bought on Saturday, was available to pick up on the Monday. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Staff very polite and even the ones not serving me spoke,lovely showrooms and a credit to Perth.Car was even supplied with a full tank of fuel and when can you say that last happened.Will certainly use them again and tell friends and family about the service and quality of product on show,massive thanks to all concerned with me buying my car.5/5 all day every day.
I found Arnold Clark to be very helpful during the sale, especially with the paperwork as I had never bought a car through finance before. The car was very clean and in good condition, I would absolutely recommend them.

Arnold Clark were outstanding, for a large dealership I was impressed with how personal the customer service was, although they were busy I was never left waiting around, they were prompt in returning my calls and always willing to answer any questions.
