I had an appointment to sell my car last Wednesday 25th April 2018 at 6.30pm, after a long day at work ,I thought the process would take long to go through. I was seen by the General Manager Craig Montgomery who was excellent, I was with my young children who get bored easily but they were very happy after Craig offered them some soft drinks and we were able to go through all the paperwork without issues, when we finished Craig arranged a drop off home for me and the kids, this was a very kind gesture after a long day at work, Ryan dropped us home, he was amazing too. The payment only took only 3 working days to reach my account. The customer service was amazing, I felt like a celebrity. A big thank you to Craig and Ryan, you made my car sale easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend your company.

Absolutely terrible experience at Arnold Clark Rutherglen Volkwagen, my vehicle required replacement engine. A.C. ordered from VW attempted to fit and advised me that first engine VW sent was faulty, I contacted VW who adv all reconditioned engines are thoroughly tested I have email from A.C. advising me it was faulty. Now 2nd engine has been getting fitted for over 2 weeks and still no update from A.C., VW now looking into this mess. 39 days later I still have no car or any update on when will be returned. Response from A.C. exec team has been laughable. Absolutely atrocious experience, continually promised call backs which never come from the service centre.
