Car broken within a week of buying, Albany Cars of Gosforth point blank refused to do anything.

The car did not break, the clutch became a bit stiff. They were totally dishonest about their part exchange. Less than a thousand miles after it's MOT it had two tyres through to the canvas.The suspension was dangerous and needed replacing, the car veered dangerously to right on acceleration and to the left on lifting off...there was no rubber left on the engine mounts and two drop links needed replacing! A £400 repair.
Don’t buy a car from here! I bought a beautiful ford mondeo last week, but the clutch doesn’t even work so I’m having to get it all repaired which is going to be expensive, and I didn’t even get offered any help or any of my money back or anything, so I’m not too happy about that. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here.

i bought my first car from John yesterday and the transaction was easy and pleasant and my car (Honda Civic) is in great condition with no issues plus John was really nice and even picked us up the next day so we could pick up the car, i'd 100% recommend Albany Cars of Gosforth to anyone looking for a used car! :)
