I recently purchased an audi A5 from Ashridge Vehicles, James & Luigi, were extremely helpful, no pressure, they were very honest, they took time to answer all my questions and didnt rush through anything. When I arrived to collect the car the handover was extremely professional and the car looked amazing. I am so happy with my new car and I have already recommended them to my friends and family and would encourage anyone looking for a new car to go along to this dealership! Top service from really great guys!!

When I bought my Range Rover Evoque from this dealership in January the dealers make me feel very uncomfortable and actually accused me of committing fraud. The car didn't have any mats in and The dealers also tried to pressure me into having further credit checks and convince me to switch over to his finance when I already had it all arranged. I would not recommend this dealership based on the way they treated me.

I am really happy with the service that I received when buying my Audi TT from Ashington Autodrome. The car was in perfect condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and I couldn't be happier. Beautiful car and really easy, straight forward process. I would recommend.

I thought I wanted a Jeep. Ashridge Vehicles had a little Patriot which I bought without much consideration and the next day I drove it to work in traffic and realised it was totally impractical for my needs :( I called Ashridge in a panic and they handled my change of mind really well! We did a part exchange and I had a new little car that same day and I just wanted to say thanks to the team for being so sweet and helpful despite my fussiness! They were really lovely, honest and efficient throughout and I'll definitely go back in a couple of years when I trade up. Next time I'm going to test drive a few more cars and take a little more time to make my decision :)
