I must start by saying there was a couple of scratches on the car when I viewed it, Aspect Garage put all of those right and the car was perfect when I picked it up. There was no problems at all, there was no hard sale and the I got exactly what I expected to get. Overall they were excellent and I can not fault them at all which is why I would highly recommend the dealership.

The car which is an Audi A3 is back with them but they are sorting out so cant get better than that. Absolutely bang on, guy called Aiden was great with me. Couple of bits and bobs not right, talked to them and got some money back so cant grumble. Yeh overall despite the issues that you cant put down to Aspect Sunderland they have been very helpful and Aiden as i said was bang on in helping, might be worth asking after him

The salesmen at Aspect Garage in Sunderland was upfront with me, really nice. He didnt try and pressure sell us, let me out for a test drive, really friendly guy, just a nice chap. On the other side and these are only small things that havent affected me saying i would go again or recommend but worth a mention as they could improve on this but initially went down and the central locking wasnt working so asked it was done for when i returned, took more than 2 weeks to have sorted so this is plenty of time. On day of collection was told to delay of couple more days for this. I maybe harsh as there could be a reason for this but if it was quicker i would have given full marks. All has been good since, so overall a positive experience

It was all regimented, everything was ready for me when i picked it up, service book, parked up, cleaned, keys ready...well run. The guy that dealt with me could maybe smile more but thats just my observation, would recommend them to get a car from anyday
