Bought an audi from these in march.had various issues from buying the car...from the start the air con does not work, and unknown to me until now there has been a huge leak in the passenger footwell and 6 gallons of water had to be vacuumed out and all carpets taken out and the front seat etc..cost me enough for the car and then to start shelling out more is not good for a consumer.they buy damaged vehicles and repair them very badly and mask the hidden problems to get a quick sale. Dont bother going to Auto Nation in West Bromwich.
The Salesman at Auto Nation was polite etc as expected. Unfortunately the car we bought had a DPF fault which after driving, caused the turbo to blow and nearly caused a huge M5 accident! The bosses decision was not to follow the law and repair the vehicle! A very shady solicitors letter followed when I said that I had informed Trading Standards.... All Auto Nation did was ignore the complaint! Unacceptable after sales service!!!! ACE inspectors proved that at the point of sale, the fault was there and it should have been rectified!!!!! £2300 to repair!!! G Davies

I cannot express how higly I rate these guys and their customer service. I purchased a AUDI A5 and received tons of extras all included in the the asking price. Unfortunately I wasn't able to drove the vehicle away the same day as the vehicle had less than 6 months MOT, but when i picked the vehicle up I felt in safe hands to say the least. The vehicle went for a full MOT, a Full Service and a whole health inspection check where any faults in the vehicle were flagged and immediately rectified by the dealership and not a penny came out of my pocket, they covered all costs for all the checks and repairs. Ive had the car for 6 weeks now and its been an absolute dream. When its time for a renewal i will definitely be back, keep it up guys!!

I went to Auto nation and bought a car a few months ago. I have many concerns about this vehicle. After a few days of driving the car I noticed issues also that the engine warning light had been tampered with. Under closer inspection I came to realise that certain parts of the car had been replaced. I Believe I have been sold a potentially dangerous car. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

Auto Nation Ltd is part of AA and we have signed on to the AA dealer Promise. If an issue is raised by a customer it is passed on to AA customer services who then mediate the situation. We have no record of complaint linear to what you have reported. We have been running a successful business for 4 years coming and have been praised by 100% of our customers for excellent customer services. We professionally prepare our vehicles and provide a minimum of 3 months warranty with all our cars. I think given the circumstances this review is ingenuine and just a troll.
