From the first phone call I couidnt of asked for better service chris did everything for me t get me finance even tho in the back of mind didn't think it wouid happen.with in a couple of hours I was being told u will have a car tonight 8pm as promised the car was on my drive.i wouid highly recommend anybody u won't b disappointed thanx once again chris and team

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER. These people are dishonest. There hid so many things from me. One of them was hidden admin fee. First time ever I saw two admin fee admin fee 1 and admin fee 2 of £199 and £149 respectively. I was advised that there will be warranty for 1 year. I have requested them so many times but they are not providing any written document to prove warranty. This dealer's after sale is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They don't pick up the phone. If you go through to one of them after many attempts, They are not willing to solve any problem. If you need peace of mind, don't buy from this dealer. There are many other things but not much space otherwise I would have written everything

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS GARAGE!!!! This is the first review I have ever written about a business but my experience was so bad that if only one person reads this and doesn't by a vehicle from these people it will be worth it. This review is not about the car that I brought as everyone is aware when you buy a second hand car things can go wrong. This review is based on the service before during and certainly after I brought the car. The worst customer service I have ever experienced was not once spoken to politely the director of the business is a Mr Banwo I have written is name here as he pretends not to be the director there are only a small number of employees but he likes to make the business seem like a bigger operation. I had to unfortunately use the consumer rights act 2016 to return my vehicle I would highly recommend that anybody who deals with this garage makes themselves fully aware of their rights. They held on to my money for over two weeks shouted at me and tried to threaten me. I have written a letter to the FCA and trading standards about the practices this business use and I hope that others take head of my warnings and go to a friendly and reliable dealer when thinking of purchasing a used car.

I bought a car from their other dealership in Cromwell street..I had the car 24hrs before the engine management light came on and that the front seat is broken they said they would order the part..weeks later still nothing from them..every time I've called them it goes through to answer phone..I have now gone to trading standards..do not ever buy from them..wouldn't even rate them one star.
