The guy's went out of their way on the day we looked at several vehicles to take us out on "Test Drives" They were not too pushy either into selling us a cars sold themselves. They were polite & very friendly.

I got a call this morning and by 2 pm had my car on the drive very good service
So being in a desperate situation and needing a car asap.... autopavillion found us a car and finance Massive mistake. The vehicle was unavailable to view, but lots of photos sent via whats app. Photo's that were clearly not of the vehicle we were getting. The vehicle was delivered in the dark with warning lights and a slow puncture. On inspection of the vehicle in the morning it was damaged internally, seats ripped and dog hair from the roof to the floor. It was disgusting. Dog hair blows out of the heating vents and every hole is full of hair. The car has been valeted at cost to us and still vile. Having allergies and small children...We were not happy. he was most unhelpful, uncontactable and only communicated via what's app. He was not willing to swap or return the vehicle. They did eventually contribute to a replacement tyre, however we are left with a vehicle we can not use as a family, that stinks of dog, is full of dog hair and damage and has suspension and fuel issues. We are now seeking legal advice. we are now on our second complaint to the finance company...... Avoid these people regardless of how desperate you are.....
