I spotted the Jaguar I liked on auto trader and went to see it the next day. Kim was friendly and brought me the key before I’d even spoken to her. She offered a test drive and the car was immaculate. Very friendly throughout and Immy offered me a fair price for my old car. No pushiness, the car sold itself. I came away having put down a deposit and drove the car away the next day. The car has been perfect for over a month now and I can’t fault anything about the buying process either. I did have a few issues with the Range Rover as to be expected with this sort of car, and due to the fact they handled it so well, I would have to give them the full 5 stars. There was no quibbles or debates, they got the car back in right away and put it right. I don't normally do this, but I would recommend them to anyone, I thought they were absolutely fantastic.
