Not a good experience. I called about a car for sale and asked all the normal questions. Richard didn’t seem that interested and couldn’t answer one of my questions so it was agreed he would call the next morning with the answer. No call back the next day so I chased him up following day where I was told the car had been sold. Fair enough, I didn’t leave a deposit on it. After continuing my search for a car I found the same vehicle still for sale a week later but at an increased asking price (nearly 20% increase!!) the car was still of interest to me even at the increased price so I called again and Richard answered again. I didn’t let on I had enquired before. I still needed one question answered - I would have bought it if the answer was what I thought it would be, still uninterested Richard, promised a call back but I’m still waiting days later! I completely understand that pricing errors happen and even at the higher price the car was fairly priced but to be told it’s sold rather than just explaining what’s happened and not returning calls is exactly why the second hand car salesman has such a bad reputation. Due to waiting for answers it gave me the time for my ideal car to become available so it’s worked out well for me. This dealership epitomises the stereotypical used car site, it is said a lot “I would have bought it if etc etc” but in my case I had my card ready to buy but the dealerships inaction and broken promises made it impossible for me to give them my money! From my experience this dealership was awful and gave me the old school used car salesman experience. I will be avoiding them in the future and will advise friends and family to do the same

Brought a car off autoxchange, endless amount of faults since purchased. After purchasing this car at advertisement, this car was found to be a CAT S. False advertising, would not take the car back either!! They claim they did not know it was a CAT S at the selling of the car!! Stay away from this garage, save your money, and look else where. We are taking our case further.

We bought the Vauxhall Mokka they are advertising LL13HAE 10 months ago had a diff problem from day one which they never fixed after bringing I. Legal proceedings against the company got our money back and all they have done is put it back I. Sale !!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!!

Auto Xchange are a disgrace of a company, I bought a car the sale took 10 mins. 7 weeks later I got the car, when the car finally arrived after a few false promises the car was deemed to be not road worthy. Ecu was faulty, turbo fault, headgasket issues, to name a few. This issue caused me so much frustration. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Cowboys!!

My niece bought a car from Auto Xchange and the engine management light came on within a couple of weeks. They had the car for weeks, tried to repair it with 2nd hand parts and when the problem wasn’t resolved they Blocked her calls. Also the courtesy car they gave her also had it’s engine management light on. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from them

unbelievable the problems we have had, saw the car liked the car bought the car went to pick it up it wasn't ready had not been mot'd as promised had not been valeted as promised. got the car a week later still no mot had to take the car back with a list of faults. 5 weeks they had the car for every time we phoned the mechanic was ill or someone had died, excuse after excuse, after putting pressure on we finally got the car back. please don't believe they do a 60 point check they do the bear minimum. the talk the talk but their service is shocking. we have since had the RAC out to the car because they messed the electrics up (after we had told them what was wrong with the electrics). the suspension was in 2 pieces, it has cost us a small fortune. they sold us a dangerous car, our grandchildren have been in that car. Please avoid this place for your own safety. Trading standards have been contacted about Auto Xchange and are investigating
