We stumbled across this place as a family member goes to the gym with the owner of Autocraft, so it was recommend to us that way. My other half had work carried out to his Jaguar recently, now I did most of the communicating and organising as he is not quite up to speed with computers and emails etc. When we collected it he was over the moon. The chaps at the garage were brilliant very very friendly and very very helpful too.

The jobs completed by Autocraft to my Volvo are bang on I cannot thank them enough. The whole experience of using them was flawless, I don't think I can put into words how grateful I am to have found them! Without a shadow of a doubt five stars!

My Fiesta has been doing fine and Autocraft made a lovely job of the work done! I would also like to touch on the customer service, this was very good and everyone was very nice and polite! I would thoroughly recommend, there is nothing to improve upon. 5*

I am over the moon with Autocraft, the experience I had with them was exceptional! There was a mix up with my hire car (not Autocrafts fault at all) but they went above and beyond and helped me with this too! The were extremely patient with me too and it is appreciated so much. The repair they did to my Grandland is amazing. I wish I could double the five star rating and give them at least ten!

They are good guys down at Autocraft and they even delivered the BMW back to my house once the work was complete... what service! This was very convent for me and fitted right into my schedule as the work was completed when they said it would be.

I was so worried after I damaged the front bumper on my insignia and really wanted it putting right and as soon as possible. Autocraft were able to do just that for me, by no means was it a 'rush job' but I certainly wasn't waiting longer than needed either. I was really pleased with the friendly team down there too, they were fantastic.

Everything went perfectly well at Autocraft, my Volvo needed a fair bit of work doing to it and I was concerned it wouldn't quite look right again. But I needn't have worried because they got it looking like there had never been any damage! I was amazed! What more could I have wanted!?

All was going well with my Transit Custom until I scratched it right on the fresh paintwork 😩 Oh I am so cross at myself!! The work that the guys at Autocraft carried out for me is great and still looks good despite my new unwanted addition to it. I might be using you again sooner than I planned

In 1981, brothers Robert and Colin Fielding founded Autocraft with £3000.00 in a 2000sq ft unit in St Georges, Telford. The first vehicles they repaired were a Triumph Dolomite and an Austin Marina van.
Although founded by Robert, In the early 1990’s, Roberts son’s, Darren and Matthew joined Autocraft and the business continued to flourish.
By 2010, a new site at Hortonwood, Telford was identified. Plans were drawn up for the layout of an exciting new repair facility and in 2011 the business was relocated.
The modern Autocraft Telford is now the premier accident repair facility in Shropshire and the business continues to strengthen its position in the UK Accident Repair Industry with over 20 manufacturer approvals.
