It’s quite rare for us to be a bit overwhelmed, but that’s what’s we were with the service and team at Autolab. Having looked for a while we bought a Range Rover Sport, a different one to what we originally went to look at. After seeing some of the done up cars they even added some bits we wanted. The people and service from the moment you walk in to seeing you drive off have been amazing. Only 2 weeks into having the car, but no issues at all and turns heads everywhere. Extremely impressed by the way Autolab UK operate a business. We as Car Dealer 5 operate a very similar approach. The professionalism and presentation of everything they do for one gives you peace of mind that you will be looked after as they are on another level. Personal service every step of the way and the aftercare service has also been exceptional. If you see the car you like here, don’t hesitate. The service you will experience will astound you, nothing is too much trouble and you will feel that you are the most important person to them but they are never “pushy”. The quality and presentation of the cars has to be seen to be believed and the attention to detail is exceptional, but customer satisfaction is their priority. Prestigious just does not describe Autolab. It should be autolabigious.. I have never known such pride and integrity in deliverance of service. Coinciding with the impeccable and detailed self standard of deliverance of product. If they were a restaurant they would have 3 Michelin Stars. It’s all about the customer at Autolab. Buying a car should be an experience…. This was the most pleasurable experience I have had, and I have brought many cars! From start to finish buying from Autolab UK was memorable and for all the right reasons. I purchased the vehicle online, so did not view before I went to collect it, this is now becoming more and more so, as you can search for the exact car you want and view on the dealers website, have images sent to your phone and even watch a video. Monday I personally went to a London Land rover dealer, test drove a Range Rover Sport and felt no customer service what so ever, even though I am a current customer. Below par Part Ex valuation and take it or leave it attitude, I will leave it, thank you. Get home and open the Mac up, search for what I would like to buy. I come across the car I fall in love with, right spec, price, mileage, colour etc Called the Autolab UK and got through to one of the owners, he explained more about the car, the history and about them as a company. We discussed my Part Ex and was given a very good price, great finance package that knocks Land Rover out the park. However…… It was the fact that these guys are real, friendly, helpful, care and don’t just want to sell cars they want you to have the FULL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE the journey you will remember, and you will return, why would you not. Fast forward 3 days 250 miles drive later and I arrive to see the car I have purchased looking better than the images I had seen, a few extras added and being greeted by happy people that clearly enjoy their job. Every member of staff from the juniors to senior management welcomed and engaged with me and my daughter. Yes I have brought a car and paid for it but I don’t feel like I have gained people that I would call you friends, that is how good the service was. I cannot recommend EVERYBODY at Autolab UK enough, I have many friends and family that often change their car and I will certainly be passing on Autolab UK details. Many thanks and see you all soon! Just purchased my RR Sport from these guys. Providing that they actually didnt have a 7 Seat car in stock with colour , spec and budget i had Mahnas went out of his way to source the car for me. He kept me updated on what he found and i had a pretty big ask in question to spec milage etc. Well this guy delivered him and Adam kept me posted with what was going on. Got the car in transformed it into how i wanted it to look. They even over delivered! They provided me with the private registration plate that i purchased and even installed Rear entertainment systems for with also a full tank of fuel. I bought this car without even viewing it. Not even a photo! I went on the review written by other customers. I just got a good vibe from speaking to Mahnas and Adam. Car was prepared to a very high standard. Although still early days with the car as ive just picked it up it drove perfect all the way back to Swansea (Wales) car drives as it should and hopefully this is the start of me using these guys when i next change my car again. Cannot fault the service provided all best on the move to your new premises. Even the current premises is very professional and immaculately clean. These guys really do go out of their way to make the dream come true. Still early days to say if any issues with car but so far so good Thanks guys 👍 👍
