Stay clear of buying any vehicle from Autolink Motors, sold me a faulty vehicle and refuse to fix or return money, stay clear not worth the headache.

Bought a car £5000 January 2017. 1 Year AA and 1 year warranty. After arount 4 weeks start oil leak and suddenly smoking on the road. I stopped call AA...they told me I am not registered. Call Autolink motors. ...they write my email wrong and blame me. I took the car to the garage....been told £600 to repair. Warranty do not cover it. Big headache. Not polite on the phone. Not helpful at all. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Autolink Motors have a terrible attitude, cars notting as described, above market value.

Terrible attitude. The car broke down an hour after i purchased it my husband called them and they said call your AA. The following morning it was taken to my garage to be repaired and guess what the warranty wouldn't cover it. Avoid Autolink Motors at all cost.

Surprised that this company is allowed to trade and also how they actually sell cars given their rude and unhelpful attitude! Viewed a Mercedes E Class Estate with them and they said the car had 12 months MOT. In fact the MOT expired almost 6 months ago! Rear tyres were barely legal and when I highlighted this to the salesman he started to get arsey with me. Couldn't test drive the vehicle as no MOT but they also didn't seem keen to allow a test drive. Who would buy a car without driving it?! Salesman's attitude was appalling - very rude and he didn't like us pressing any buttons on the car - we were checking everything worked! This guy had a serious attitude problem. Decided to forget this car and look elsewhere. How do businesses like this make money? Or maybe it's just a front for something else?!

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER!!!!!! Unreliable, arrogant and rude manager!!!! Recently bought a dodge journey, after 3 days, engine management light went ON, and they asked me bring it to their garage and told me that everything was fine. After few days, problem came with loose screws and broken bolts on the gearbox. When I reported this to the manager, he blamed it on my driving! I asked to refund my money but the manager did not want to give my money back and insisted that the car was in perfect condition. i bought it to other garage where the diagnostics said that the vehicle is unsatisfactory for road safety. The 1 year warranty did not cover the expenses so I need to pay it on my own money. Now, DPF fault engine management went on. Since I bought the car 3 weeks ago, problems kept coming and the manager would not even care to help!!! No responses on email and very rude on phone conversations. I wish that I have read the reviews first before purchasing the car. I file a complaint against them and report this to trading standards.
