Based on my early experience with this dealership I wouldn't buy a sweet let alone a car from them. I waited 7 hours for a car only to be let down in the last minute saying that they have sold the car to another buyer behind my back. Absolutely disgusting service. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE and waste your time like they wasted mine.

I phoned to make an inquiry about a car they advertised on Auto Trader the salesmans response was as if i was calling to disturb his peace and quiet. Very rude from the outset. I said to myself if you are rude even before I buy the car what will they do to me if i bought the car and there was a warranty issue. I decided to buy else where from someone with a more friendly approach even if it means paying a little more. At least i will get peace of mind. I was even to scared to go view the car it felt like I would be roughed up if i was to ask any questions.

Not very helpful salesman. Travel 90 minutes to get there after speaking on the phone to see if I could test drive. Wanted to value my car first . No test drive given and a very low valuation given on mine. The cars on display seemed very nice but extremely unhelpful and miserable salesman. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Go elsewhere, don't waste your time.

I experienced absolutely terrible service from Autolink Motors, Greenford. I phoned Autolink on the morning of the viewing to find out how many previous owners the vehicle I wished to view had (not mentioned in online advert) and was advised 1 or 2 ( "definitely no more than 2 but cannot confirm without checking paperwork" ). Upon hearing this info I travelled over an hour round the M25 to find that the car the was far from the state that it was advertised, basically "excellent condition all round, excellent tyres" - however every panel of the car had either a scratch or dent in, every wheel was heavily damaged and the tyres had less than 6 months life left. I felt like I was treated like a general passer by viewer/time waster when in fact I went there with the intention of driving away with new vehicle that day if it was as advertised. The guy I spoke to repeatedly locked the car as he walked back and forth to office whilst I viewed the vehicle (which was inside a building surrounded by other motors... not sure what he thought I was going to do...). Finally when I checked the paperwork I found that the car had in fact 5 previous owners!!! I was advised 1 or 2 on the phone that morning. Terrible dealership, wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
