This is the first time I have used this garage for an MOT and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I have experienced some very poor service in the past at other garages with poor attitudes and being charged for work that didn't need to be done. Worthy and honest. I would definitely use this garage again.

I bought my car in with an unknown problem and they quickly diagnosed and repaired. They also carried out a free safety check which highlighted some other areas which may need to be looked at in the future but where very honest with me as to what needed doing and what didn't, they also valeted my car at no extra charge which was a nice surprise! I will definitely be using this garage again

Great customer service, fixed my annoying engine warning light, fitted me in really fast. Cozy reception with wifi, tea and coffee so you can work easily even if you have to wait. I cycled to get my car and they helped me to bring my bike to my car.

AML exceeded my expectations in both the quality and range of services provided. I regret sticking with the main dealers and not coming to AML earlier. Thanks to AML and their thorough, knowledgeable and customer-focused approach, I have now started a job that I should have done in the three and a half years I have owned the car. I will happily return to AML in six months to continue this process.

I took my car into town for an MOT. It's elderly like me. It failed and was fixed the same day, the main guy was late to finish personally because he was new to a disabled car. The work was obviously better because it felt better than it had in years. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are good.

I wish I could give more 5 stars. I highly recommend buying a used car from them. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best from your purchase. Outstanding customer service before, during and after purchase. There aren't many honest used car dealers left but Automatic Motors is 100% of them.
