Everything is okay with the Mini I got there was a small problem at first but they resolved it for me quickly, I can't remember exactly where I came across Automatic Motors but it was an online advert. The advert was not misleading in regards to the mini. When I went to the dealership it was a quick process I wasn't waiting around I am happy with the car. I would give a 4/5 due to the initial issue that got fixed.

My husband collected the car, he literally checked it was still available, went down the same day and then drove it back the same day. He sorted everything but the staff were really helpful. Everything went fine. I had seen it before online and everything was the same as when I saw it in person. The only other thing to add is my Husband took the train down and they went and collected him from the train station so that was really helpful. It took the stress out of getting from the train station to them. It was good we would give it a 5.

Everything has been spot on since purchase. The customer service from Matt was also spot on, he was helpful from start to finish. The car itself was cleaned immaculately. I have had no issues with it. There was a delay on delivery as the driver had put the postcode in wrong and ended up in cardiff! However I had it with me by the next day with a full tank of petrol. I would give 5 stars.

Everyone very helpful, no pressure. Car came recently serviced, new mot and AA checked which was very reassuring. The car is lovely to drive and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you 🙏

Rating 5. Even though car had issues, Sam helped to fix the car

Great dealership, I requested a gearbox service to be done as it had never had one, they got this all done and sorted prior to me picking up the car without any drama. Once I arrived at the dealership it was all pretty fast, there was no long waits or messing about. The car was valeted and prepared for me on arrival. The only thing I would say that would have made it a better experience would be a more thorough handover. It was rather quick, here are your keys off you go kind of moment, my concern was that if something went wrong and we hadn't done a once over check there would have been a 80 mile difference for me to get back to the dealership. Other than that I have no complaints, all went smoothly and the car is great.

I did it all over the phone with Automatic Motors and it all went Good. I am having a smell of burnt oil coming from the car and I am just waiting for it to clear up before I contact the dealer in a weeks time or so. Other than that, everything was good bar that.
