Recently purchased a Tesla overall it’s alright. They did the repair eventually. The main issue for me was the communication around the repair. I was told someone would contact me when it was ready or when the parts had arrived, but nobody called me back. The car has all been repaired now and is okay.

Just a little run around car for us. The car got MOT’D on the day which was good as now we got a full year MOT on the car without having to worry about expiry. Overall, it was good.

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency that the team responded to my requests. The WhatsApp channel for comms was really neat and I even got responses out of hours which I was not expecting.
