All is running well with my Vauxhall 5 ⭐

First time buyer from this dealership and I can't fault the service from Sam, everything was spot on. I had the chance to test drive the car before purchasing it and everything was sweet. Since getting it at the start of November, I've put a few miles on the car and haven't had any issues.

Really happy with my Nissan Juke, I use the car daily, but the only issues I have would be that the brakes shutter, but once I get chance over Christmas ill run it down to the team.

This is my first time buying a used car, needless to say I was quite skeptical and struggled to put my faith in anyone. The team at Automatic Motors were very good at putting my mind at ease and helped guide me through the process, the car is great and exceeded my expectations of a used car. The only weird thing was a lot of the contacts were what I would call out of hours and this was a little disconcerting but I understand the team are busy and this may been the only time they could reach me. I am really happy overall and everything turned out okay in the end.

It's always nice to buy a car and have no issues, but with used cars this isn’t always the case, the next best thing is finding a dealership who is willing to work with you after the sale to help rectify any issues and Automatic Motors have done exactly this. I had a couple little issues with my BMW 3 Series which I purchased and I reached out to Fawas who sold me the car to rectify them, this was resolved quickly, effectively and since then I have had no issues. The service start to finish has felt very customer focused and generally just very pleasant. I have had similar cars, 1 and 2 series in the past however, this is much more exciting and I am really enjoying driving again.

I am really happy having dealt with Automatic Motors, I have always had Golfs and fell in love with one they had in the forecourt. The service was top notch, very personable, not pushy in the slightest and Fawas was very informative about the cars and potential alternatives they had available. I have only had one slight concern with an engine management light on, the dealer have ordered a part to fix the issue and will call me to bring the car in once delivered, this dealership isn't far from where I live at all so I am more than happy with it being resolved in this manor.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Automatic Motors, we have had a new addition to the family and needed a bigger car, the Vauxhall Zafira Tourer they had in stock seemed like the perfect choice for me and my family. The car itself had a couple little niggles early on, I addressed these with Sam and he quickly rectified these for me. There were also a couple things after the sale I hadn't noticed and again, Sam was quick to help get these all Ironed out, everything seems really good with the car now, it's running well and given us ample space for the kids and all the bits we need day to day.
