I have only done a small amount of driving so far, but it all seems okay. The service was good. The only criticism is that I am still waiting for my V5 and spare key, so I would give it three stars.

bought a car on the 17th September and was told they would send off the log book which would take 2 weeks and gave me the new keeper slip. When I got home I tried to tax the vehicle but it said the 12 digit number was invalid. Waited 2 weeks and no Log book. Contacted automatic motors who basically just told me I need to go to the post office and pay £25 for a new one. Nice one for the help 👍

Overall, I am happy with the service. I had a few issues after the purchase that needed to be repaired, but they helped me with that, so the aftersales service was good. The only thing I would have hoped for is for the MOT to be done earlier so I could collect the car sooner.
