I puchased a car for my husband. His very first car. We had numerous problems with the vehicle straight away. We made several trips to the garage and everytime the attitude was totally appalling. We gave them opportunities to fix the car but everytime there was then something else wtong. This car was sold to us as being in excellent condition. It was far from acceptable let alone excellent. The most recent issue is that the car wint turn off. We contacted the garage to receive a torrent of abuse and had the phone slammed down on us 3 times when explaining to them that the car is covered under the consumer rights act. I was told 'take me to court I will see you there'. I will fught this all the way but for anyone else considering purchasing a car from this company please stay well clear.

Having found the car I wanted and then purchasing it from Autospec Car Sales everything was going fine. Then it had an issue and I was told it was a part that was covered in the warranty. However despite this Autospec Car Sales didn't seem happy about fixing it, bad attitude from the dealership I thought. I was told over the phone it would be a quick fix and I could come sit and wait, when I arrived they told me they wouldn't be fixing it till later. Told it had 2 brand new front tyres, kept deflating so I took them to a mechanic and he said they weren't prepared properly before being put onto the car and they cant be new because Pirelli don't make the particular brand of tyre anymore. The price and the car itself is great which is the only positive thing I have to say really.
