bought a used car, went back a week later hour drive to be told car was not ready as the owner son hadn't ordered the parts ??, id told them I needed that weekend for our holiday, took the car. took the car back a few weeks later to had the parts fitted, they new I was coming from an hour away and would have to wait around for hours while they fixed it, went back after several hours to be told they hadn't even started the work, when I showed my displeases I was met with abuse, car ok service and organisation utterly useless
bought a peugeot 307 car was nice looking but short drive later the problems started after 10 days i got a full refund on car but lost money on road tax and insurance fees avoid theses at all cost, yes there are the odd lucky people who got good cars but im afraid a wash and polish and cancelled fault codes which soon come back dont make a safe reliable car and shame on the RAC too this company does not adhere to there standards and they let it all slide

BEWARE!!!! selling dangerous cars and when you ask for them to be repaired into a good road worthy condition your told to get your keys and leave. My Daugter purchased a mondeo off this dealer and had nothing but problems, one of them where the steering locked on the car and had children in it, when She complained about all the issues the owner was rude and aggressive in his nature and doesn’t give car dealers a good name!! Thus will now be leading to a report to the ombudsmen and office of Fair trading!

Hi, can i please ask if you got anywhere with your problem with this company? I am having issues with them too and am trying to get a refund.
Stay away not good company helpfull so you get car but them problems once you drive away they have replaced most of back parts but still not right 5 stars for taking your money but after that the help slows down

COST ME £1000 TO GET THE CAR I BOUGHT FROM AUTOTECH KENT CAR SALES ROADWORTHY. REPLACEMENT GEARBOX, NEW CLUTCH, 4 NEW TYRES, AIR CON RE-GAS, WHEEL ALIGNMENT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH EVER. REFUSED REFUND EVEN WITHIN 30 DAYS, MADE THE MISTAKE OF ASKING IN PERSON AND NOT WRITING A LETTER-GOES TO SHOW WHAT A JOKE THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT IS IN REGARDS TO CAR SALES BUNCH OF CLOWNS AND A ORGANISATION LIKE AUTOTRADER SHOULD REMOVE THESE PEOPLE FROM THEIR LISTINGS
I am super happy with my Ford Ka from Autotech! It looked like a new car when I received it and it drives perfectly. The dealers were all very helpful and friendly and the car was a really good price! I would happily recommend Auto tech in Kent to all of my friends and family!

When I bought my Peugeot in January, it was in reasonably good condition and reasonably priced but since having it I have had a few issues, one of which has been resolved by the dealership but I didn't hear anything back after that about the other issues so I have had to have them repaired myself. I wouldn't recommend.

I bought a really nice Jaguar from here in January. It was spotless when I received it and the sales advisers made the process of the sale really quick and easy. I have had no issues with the car at all and I would happily recommend Autotech Kent car Sales.

In January I bought my Toyota from Autotech Kent Car Sales and I am pleased with it. It was in good condition and reasonably priced. The dealer was pretty helpful and up to now the car is running fine. I would recommend Autotech Kent to anyone.

I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from here back in August. The car clean and appeared to be in good condition. I have had a few issues with it and haven't been able to get it booked in due to the nature of my job and I feel the dealers could have been more helpful with this. I would recommend them but their aftercare could be better.
