Absolutely not a problem at all, I am very very impressed with the Ford. Chris and his son were lovely, a real pleasure to buy from. I actually bought the car online, on facebook messenger actually and dealt with his son. He gave me all the information I requested, offered me a good price for my part ex, and honoured it too! I agreed on the price for the Focus, so it was quite smooth sailing to be honest/ I couldn't think of anything they need to improve on, it was an easy, enjoyable experience.

The Tiguan I recently bought from Chris is brilliant, such a marvellous car to drive. Very spacious and a great level of comfort behind the wheel. I always recommend Autoworld Faversham to all my friends and family. I have had my past two cars from here, and I am over the moon with how all of them have been. I recently downsized from my Audi Q3 to a Mini, and I love it! It is a lot smaller, but it is so much better on fuel, and will be a lot cheaper for me in the long run. I couldn't say a bad word about the customer service that was provided by Chris, he is such a gentleman and really looked after me. He is such a nice guy, and I would definitely buy from him and the again.

I do have a couple of bits that I need to get sorted with Chris, I just haven't had the chance to give him a call back, but i am very happy with how everything is being handled. The car is lovely, mechanically it is perfect, just a few little touch ups that need doing. Chris was been a great gent to deal with, always willing to help, I'd definitely recommend Chris.

I have bought many cars off of Chris in the past, and have never had an issue with any of the cars. They are always in tip top condition, and are 100% reliable. I went with the Hyundai this time, and am over the moon with it. It is a smashing car. It goes without saying I'd be back to Chris again.

My son is currently learning how to drive, so thought we should get him something cheap and cheerful to plod about in. The corsa has been perfect for that. Nice little car, easy to drive and cheap to run. Chris was a great guy, very helpful mde everything very easy. I'd definitely buy off of him again if we were after another car.

I bought a car from Chris 10 years ago, and due to him being such a nice guy, I decided to go again and buy the Octavia. It was in such good nick when i came to collect it, I could tell Chris and the team had put in the effort to get it all sorted for me. He was a really really nice guy, brilliant at what he does. The sun visor broke, he got it replaced, you can't fault the guy.

All has been going pretty well with my Ibiza, I've not really had any issues at all. The car was well kept so it is in really good condition. Chris was great, really helpful, gave me all of the necessary info, and got the sale done and dusted so easily. If they ever had a car I was interested in again, I wouldn't think twice about going back to Chris.
