The customer service couldn't have been better, the really looked after me at Autoworld! The whole experience was pretty much perfect to be honest with you. The Qashqai I bought is doing very well and I absolutely love it. Five stars for sure.

I love my Micra so much, I know I shouldn't be but I am emotionally attached to it already 🙊 probably because it is my first car! It seems like it is going to be a really reliable car, typically I got my dad to give it a good check over and he was very impressed, said the car is in fantastic shape! Its much more nippier than I thought it would be to, very fun to drive. Customer service wise that was great too. they were really friendly, sometimes its daunting beieng a woman buying a car, especially my first one so I didn't want to be bombarded or swindled. But it wasn't like that at all, it was straightforward and they were so easy to get a long with. I honestly had a really great experience!

I can't fault them down at Autoworld, the customer service was very good indeed. I was able to take the time that I needed to look at the S-Max before I committed to the purchase. Chris was very knowledgeable any was able to answer all my questions. Since the purchase there has only been one slight issue with the radio but Chris is more than happy to get this sorted for me. Chris has been more than helpful with my Fiesta before and after the purchase. Anything I needed he was happy to get sorted no questions asked, he and Graham are both brilliant and for this reason I would happily return.

I absolutely love my Honda, it is amazing! It is very easy to drive, just what I was looking for really. The gentlemen at Autoworld are very friendly and helpful, there is no need to worry when buying from here, they will out you right at ease. Never any pressure or hard selling. I don't think there is anything that could have been done to improve my experience.

We wouldn't all keep going back if they weren't. The cars we have had between us over the years have always been spot on and without fault. Without a doubt I will be returning to Autoworld for my next car they are very good at what they do! Saw the car for sale online and gave them a quick ring, very nice initial communication. Viewed the car in person and there was nothing unexpected to be found on the car. I was able to purchase the car nice and quickly too. The Land Rover is doing very well and a pleasure to drive.

Chris is a great guy and I know that if ever I needed anything I would not hesitate to get in touch because he would be more than happy to help. He made sure I was well looked after while I was buying the car and everything went wonderfully well.

The guys at Autoworld are just genuine down to earth people, in the best way possible! They were super approachable and easy to talk to. I had a lovely relaxed car buying experience with them, much different than other places I have been before. The Jeep I bought from them is doing tremendously well, I've not had to bother the guys with any issues at all.
