Hats off to the valet team, the Chevy was spotless when I went to view it, it looked so clean and tidy. Both the guys were excellent as well, their customer service was brilliant, right from the first phone call up until driving it off the fore court. For the money that I paid for the Dacia, I am absolutely blown away with the vehicles condition and mileage, I have got an absolute cracker of a car, without breaking the bank! It was my first time using Autoworld Faversham, and after having a great first impression with them, I will definitely be using these from now on. I enquired about the A4 they had, and got a call within the hour to discuss a viewing. Right from the first phone call the guys were so pleasant to talk too, and were extremely helpful. When I arrived to view the car, it had a lovely valet carried out and was prepped to a very good standard. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into the sale, the guys were open and honest, telling me everything I needed to know, then left me to view the car in my own time. I was over the moon with how everything went and snatched the car up straight away, I can't fault the team one bit, and will definitely be recommending them to others. They have set the example for car dealerships!
