Just bought a beautiful Jaguar XF from Wayne @ Axholme Automotive, car was well prepared, clean, and fully valeted, there was a warning light on the dashboard,which Wayne told me had come on as he checked it out prior to collection: this light had not come on during a good long test drive. I was told that the car would need to be booked in for a sensor to be changed at his expense. All in all a superb service from an independent dealer who has an extensive knowledge of his stock. Thoroughly recommended dealer.
Very good service. Nice welcome upon arrival and very helpful. The sale of the car was quick and simple and the car itself was of high standards. I would definitely recommend Axholme Automotive.

Bought a Mercedes M-Class from Wayne at Axholme Automotive and I couldn't have been dealt with any better. Nothing was too much trouble. I bought a great car for a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
We bought a Kia Sportage from Wayne at Axholme Automotive in September. Their cars all looked very well presented, very clean inside and out. Wayne was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. There was no pressure and the negotiations were very relaxed. We loved the car we'd gone to see and ended up purchasing the same day and driving away in it. The car is perfect for us and has been faultless. A very enjoyable experience and will definitely recommend Wayne and Axholme Automotive
I most certainly would not recommend buying a vehicle from Wayne Carter the Director of Axholme Automotive. Before buying a vehicle from him he was very helpful and couldn't do enough for me. After purchasing a car from him however he was not interested in resolving issues with a car I paid almost £4000 for just a few weeks before. He has ignored phone calls, text messages and emails sent. I sent a letter of complaint and his reply was essentially what do you expect for a 9 year old car with 68,000 miles. This despite promises that if I have any problems within the first 3 months that he would resolve them with no problems. I have had to rectify several issues at my own costs. Very disappointing after sales service, I would recommend going elsewhere if you are looking to buy a car.

Mr Mosler purchased a used Astra Convertible from me in 2015. This vehicle was 9 years old and had covered over 68000 miles. The vehicle had been MOT'd 3 weeks before purchase and had passed a 48 point inspection by a qualified technition. Mr Mosler contacted me a few weeks later and reported a vibration coming from the vehicle. Mr Mosler had the fault dignosed at his local garage. I was informed it was a wish bone that required replacing. This repair was susiquently carried out and paid for by myself. The vehicle was then road tested at the garage and found to be in good order. Mr mosler a week later tried contacting me several times a day whilst I was on holiday. On return from holiday he informed me the vibration was still there. Mr Mosler then informed me that his local garage couldn't find a problem. I explained it was probably just the flexing of the vehicle as its a convertible and this is normal due to having less strength in the roof. I contacted trading standards regarding the matter who advised that I had followed the correct procedures. Mr Mosler never sent me any reports or invoices to suggest any work had been carried out. In all my years working in the motor trade I have never come across a person with such high expectations of a 9 year old used vehicle. I certainly would avoid dealing with this person when selling a used vehicle as quite honestly I don't think his high expectations could ever be met.
