I was looking on AutoTrader for a Ford Fiesta, as I've had one before, it was just about finding the right colour and spec, which I found advertised at Balham Cars, and it was nothing but professional over there, perfect, to be honest, and the Ford Fiesta has been all good.

I needed an automatic car due to my knee, the car suits me well. It's a great car, and the customer service I received whilst buying the car was very good. I'd say it is nearly a 5-star, so I'll go with 4.5 stars.

Getting on absolutely fine with the Fiat 500, I can't remember the gentleman's name at Balham Cars, but he walked me through the taxing process of the car and made sure I was insured before driving away with the car, which I thought was helpful.

We were in need of a new car as we are moving out of London and need to be able to get around. I have no complaints regarding the car, I felt that the dealership covered all bases. They gave us reassurance that if anything goes wrong, they will cover it and also service the car before the purchase. I'd give it 5 out of 5 as we were really impressed.

Mechanically my new Seat Leon has been sound, I am having an issue with opening the boot, although when I was at the dealership everything was amazing.

The Audi Q2 drives like a dream! Even the buying process was brilliant end to end. We originally dealt with John during the negotiation. We negotiated a new cambelt and included it in the price, which was good, and then Charlie took over during the end of the purchase. He was also brilliant, he helped us get the car taxed, and they also held on to the car for us for a while. 10 out of 10

I have been getting on really well with the Ford Focus. When I was at Balham Cars, they weren't pushy, they gave me the opportunity to look around the car. I went to look at it at the start of the week and picked it up the same week, so it was quick, which was ideal. I'd definitely recommend the dealership to others.
