great and friendly service

I went Balhman Cars as they were the cheapest price, right car right time. Harris was sound, he even gave us recommendations of food places, lovely guy, great service. I would recommend them.

I was just browsing online and saw Balham Cars London so I went there. The sales staff went above and beyond to sort the finance out which I was struggling with. Their customer service is fabulous, really good, I wouldn’t have bought the car without them. I may have a wheel alignment issue and I was meaning to call the dealership but it's nothing, it’s a minor problem but other than that it's great.

Going well with the Hyundai I10. There is a bit of stiffness in the gearbox but I will contact the dealer as they are local and I read good reviews. The guys are helpful. They weren’t pressurising anyone to buy cars. John was really helpful. He took his time to go over the detail, super helpful. It was a quick process and turnaround time. Car was in good condition before collection.

I saw the car I wanted on Autotrader sold through Balham Cars London. Charlie was the sales guy, he was direct with answers and it was helpful. I didn’t find the dealership pushy.

Excellent customer service friendly helpful good experience

I was looking for a specific car on Autotrader and found one at Balham Cars London which wasn’t too far. Their customer service was great. I was impressed with the delivery option the gave us, very good, professional. Harris had just started a few days earlier and he was new to the job but he was great. We didn’t make an appointment for the test drive but they managed to find a slot and were very accommodating to us on the day. I would use them again and recommend them.

My family have bought several cars from Balham Cars in the past. I went there as I trying to get a car for some time and wanted something local. Family suggested why don’t I go to John at Balham Cars. I had a look online and saw a car I liked. The staff were really good. Charlie was good at explaining the expectations for the sale and options for finance. John was polite and well respected. I knew the mechanic so felt I was going to be looked after. He helped talk me through the mechanics of the vehicle. They are kind people, no question was stupid and I felt reassured I could go back if I had any issues or concerns.

I had an excellent experience 5/5. Very helpful and informative, answered any questions I had and made the process smooth. Would definitely recommend
