John really looked after me well when buying my Focus from them, he provided me with everything I needed and made everything quite a quick process. As a whole everything was pretty smooth, there is always room for improvement which is why I have scored 4.5 stars.

I really like Toyota and previously had one before buying the Toyota Auris so it was easy to use and get used to. Since having it its going nice and I am happy. The transaction was OK, there was some complications with communication but I have had my car a couple of months now with no issues to I am happy. If the communication was a little better I would have rated higher.

I bought the Audi a couple of months ago and it is a good car but I'm not looking to get a Volvo from a main dealer, but the service I was given after finding this online was good and the team made the process easy.

When I went to this dealership I expected to drive away in something completely different than the Mini Convertible that I drove way in, but I am really pleased with it. The tourists love it when I drive around London! The experience buying from Balham was good, there has been a couple of issues I'm awaiting to hear back from them about, but as a whole I'm quite pleased.

My dad recommended this dealership to me as they had a car in stock which was perfect for me, and he was right and I really love the Polo. It very different in comparison to my old car and feel i have adjusted well to it. The staff there made everything very smooth and they made sure they were very detailed with there explanations of things so there was no miscommunication which i appreciated.

I was really nervous when I was doing to the test drive but I have to say the salesman was so reassuring and helped give me confidence being patient and understanding throughout. Since having the car there has been some issues that were not covered under the warranty so I have had to get this sorted but other than this I am happy with my car from Balham Cars London.

Other than a couple of silly issues that I had to go back a couple of times to get sorted I'm quite happy with the Audi from Balham. The guys there were lovely and would go their again. If it wasn't for the silly issues 100% would have rated them a 5 star.

Since buying my Peugeot it's been good, on collection there was a crack in the windshield which I haven't had chance to speak to the dealership about but other than this everything is well. The staff there was really good, helpful, quick and made me feel comfortable whilst there. This dealership is a bit far for me to buy from again but if i lived closed I would look at them again 😊

After finding Balham online while browsing, the salesman made the whole process buying from them really quick and simple from inquiry to driving away in my car it was around a week,

Unfortunately I do have an issue with the car saying it's overheating but I am yet to bring this to the dealerships attention. But when I was buying the Transit Charlie was excellent to deal with and I would and already have recommended to others who are in the same line of work to me. I would rate them 5 stars!
