I would rate Charlie and Balham Cars London five out of five for there service towards me, I was quite indecisive when looking at the cars so I ended up going back about 6 times to find the one, and he was so patient and helpful, but I ended up with the right one and the Audi has been running good since.

I had never bought a car from this dealership before but after finding them online, I found the car was a a good deal, there positive reviews and being a highly rated dealership in London so this was reassuring and went to see the vehicle. Charlie was great throughout and the car has been good since buying, it's a daily car and no problems to report. I have emailed to book in a service and the breaks shield but haven't heard anything back yet.

It was a little hard to get to and there was a struggle parking, that said the experience was a good one, John the salesman was very helpful, informed us about the car, showed us features and even took us for a test drive. He was professional throughout, so far so good with my Renault Kadjar from them and for the right car i would buy from them again.

Buying this van was a very last minute thing and when I got to the dealership Charlie stayed after his shift had finish to help me. He was very helpful and I couldn't fault any of it and due to this I would go back again. I have had the Transit a little while now and it's mainly used for work and I'm quite happy with it!

Charlie and John were fantastic in the selling of the car. All paperwork was explained with warranty. John showed me all the features the car has while he demonstrated how everything works. Charlie is great as he always assists with questions and is great customer friendly. Very satisfied !

Even tho I have only done about 20 miles in the Transit it very well and a nice motor! I have another van so just haven't had chance to get out in it much. I found Balham online as I knew I wanted one but didn't want to travel far. As soon as I saw the van I fell in love and it was everything I wanted. John was a helpful guy, as there was some issues with the finance side of everything but he guided me through it which I appreciated. Since having the van there was an issue with the locking wheel nut, which the dealership offered me to come back and get sorted but I just dealt with this myself instead.

John really looked after me well when buying my Focus from them, he provided me with everything I needed and made everything quite a quick process. As a whole everything was pretty smooth, there is always room for improvement which is why I have scored 4.5 stars.

I went for the Mercedes as it has good range as I do allot of miles and it's perfect, love the car! John the salesman was very professional, helped me out and efficient. Based on the experience I have had with Balham Cars London I would consider buying from them again in the future.
