I really like Toyota and previously had one before buying the Toyota Auris so it was easy to use and get used to. Since having it its going nice and I am happy. The transaction was OK, there was some complications with communication but I have had my car a couple of months now with no issues to I am happy. If the communication was a little better I would have rated higher.

The Seat I bought from Balham is going well at the moment. John the salesman was very good, he was helpful and the whole process was simple. It took a few days to get the car but i would go back and recommend them to others

The reason for the 5 rating is beacuse of the salesman karuma and how he made the process so smooth and swift. He was so polite and gave the whole process his personal touch.I would go on to say i was so pleased with how i was treated i took my daught in to buy a car and just recently recommended my close friend to buy a car.. to which he did. Thank you all again for your help, patience and kindness. The car is beautiful and lovely to drive.

When I went to this dealership I expected to drive away in something completely different than the Mini Convertible that I drove way in, but I am really pleased with it. The tourists love it when I drive around London! The experience buying from Balham was good, there has been a couple of issues I'm awaiting to hear back from them about, but as a whole I'm quite pleased.

Charlie and John were very good helping me buy my Toyota, they sorted everything for me so it was all very quick and easy. They did very well and my car is alright, there has been a warning light come on the car which they have fixed but unfortunately come back on so I am going to get in touch with them to see if they can help.

My dad recommended this dealership to me as they had a car in stock which was perfect for me, and he was right and I really love the Polo. It very different in comparison to my old car and feel i have adjusted well to it. The staff there made everything very smooth and they made sure they were very detailed with there explanations of things so there was no miscommunication which i appreciated.
