My dad lives near Balham Cars in London, and he took charge of all the negotiations with Onder at the dealership. Let me tell you, he was absolutely raving about the experience! I’m thrilled with my Citroen C3—everything is going great! Charlie was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful, really ticking all the boxes of what a great salesman should be. During the handover, the car was in excellent condition, and I could tell the valeting team had put in a lot of effort to present it beautifully. It felt like I was driving off in a brand new car!
