i'd give it a 5/5 experience. the sales person gave me and my dad a great overall time from showing me around the audi, test drive, any concerns and questions we needed answering. we got a good price for the part exchange too and id also like to add that there was no pressure to purchase the car and we felt comfortable and at ease. would highly recommend!
