I've already done a 500 mile roundtrip to Chester on the weekend and the car has been great. Mechanically everything is healthy, I'm happy that I went ahead with the car. I really appreciated John's time to go through everything with me to make sure I was 100% happy before making a decision. I've had my car for a little over 2 weeks now but I'm impressed with it to say the least. I'm looking to take out the extended warranty to make sure it is fully protected.

John was brilliant—really helpful, answered all my questions, and was clear about all the different documents I needed to be made aware of. The handover was smooth, and they even did an MOT before I purchased it. First time owning an Astra after coming from a Polo, and everything is going well.

Everything for now has been going well with the my 308. This was the first time visiting Balham and it was a very straightforward process, as I already purchased the car before seeing it. So when I arrived it was as easy as signing a few things and driving away.
