John was super helpful while I was making my purchase and I appreciated the fact he let me test drive the car before committing to the car. Not once did I feel pressured to get the car, which I haven't had at previous dealerships.

The guy was really sweet and looked after me, it made me feel really comfortable throughout the sales process. Even after the sale, there was an issue with a spring that the previous owner fitted on the wrong way but Charlie was quick to get it in and 2 hours later, I had the car back! Thank you Charlie and all the team for a great experience.

Everything has been fine with my Seat Leon. I did have an issue with a warning light coming on for 'Check right tail light!' but I took it to Halfords and they couldn't see any lights that needed replacing. So everything is all good.
