Danny is a genuine person who takes great pride in ensuring that his customers always have a positive transaction. The BMW I purchased was in immaculate condition. If I could score these 10/10, I would do because Balham Cars were that good. The customer service from Charlie was top-notch. He was such a genuine, down-to-earth guy who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door of the dealership. From the initial inquiry to the handover, everything was so straightforward and stress-free. 

Charlie was the sales executive that looked after me while I was buying my Audi A3 from Balham Cars, located in London. Charlie was so patient with me while I went through the many questions that I had for him. What really left a lasting impression with me about this company was the fact that they did not use any hard-selling tactics like lots of car dealerships sadly seem to do. This was the main reason I bought my car from them rather than going elsewhere. 

I bought my Ford Focus from Balham Cars London Ltd. recently, and all of the staff at the dealership were extremely welcoming towards me, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was hassle-free for me, and during the handover, the car was spotless, and you could tell they took great care in valeting the car and making sure it was well presented. I would highly recommend Balham Cars to anyone, and I would happily shop here again when I require an upgrade.

From start to finish, the service was second-to-none. I could not have asked for more from this dealership. Charlie, the salesman, really went out of his way to help me with everything and talk through a few options with me to find the car that was suitable for all of my needs. After taking a few cars for a test drive, I decided to buy a Nissan Note, and I am really happy with my choice. It is a great little car and has been so reliable so far. Definitely worthy of top marks because everything was faultless.
