Loving our new VW Polo! My partner and I needed a car pretty quickly. Ours had broken down just as we'd planned a road trip - Sod's Law! The guys at Balham Cars were super efficient and had the car delivered to us within 6 days from our initial enquiry. John & his team were all above board, professional and trustworthy. We didn't know what car we needed/wanted, we just knew we needed one fast...so they guys talked us through a range of different options before we decided on the Polo. I'm quite particular when it comes to cars, so I knew exactly what I wanted when it was time to change. Would you believe there were only two Peugeot 3008's in the country that ticked all of my boxes...One at Balham Cars & another in Northumberland. I read reviews for both dealerships and Balham came out on top! Both the customer service and quality of vehicle have been excellent & I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Living in a ULEZ Zone meant it was time to change my car...the daily fee of £12.50 for non-compliance is completely unaffordable, I've managed to replace my BMW 1 series with a newer, lower milage version thanks to the team at Balham cars. You guys have saved me a fortune - Thank you!
