Very happy with the team at Balham Cars London and how they conducted the sale! I have unfortunately suffered ligament damage in my left leg which has made it a very painful task to use a clutch, with this being my first time buying an automatic, I was taken on a very thorough test drive, I didn't feel pressured on the test drive, got the opportunity to try some manoeuvrers and really get an understanding of the car. There was no time limit and the salesman was happy to show me all the functions and features of the car before even asking my thoughts on it. Automatic aside, I really liked how spacious it was, I love the big boot and not feeling squashed in my driving position, the car drives great, it was a great purchase! I have had a small issues in the last couple days where it feels laggy pulling away, going to speak to the team for some advise and I'm sure they will be equally as helpful as they have been since day 1. I will happily shop here again in the future!

We looked at so many different cars through so many different dealership, every time we found something we liked, there was something that put us off with either the car or the dealership, we finally found an Audi A1 at Balham Cars London Ltd, and we loved the fantastic build quality and the reliability of the model. I bought a Mazda CX3 as needs must, I have never been big into cars however, I am very happy with the Mazda, as far as cars go, this is the best/nicest car I've owned. I use it all the time for commuting and running around. So far so good, I haven't had any issues and it serves it purpose well. Charlie at Balham Cars based in London was a superstar, he could not have done anymore than what he did to help me when I was buying my VW Golf from him. His knowledge about the cars he had for sale was second to none and he had a real passion about it and took great pride in the work which he delivered. I was able to take the car for a test drive and it ran like clockwork so it was a no brainer for me to go back to the dealership and sign the paperwork to secure the sale of my new car. I'm over the moon with the way that everything turned out and I would without a shadow of doubt shop here again when I need to get myself another car. I'm very pleased with the VW Golf that I bought from here it was well presented when I collected it. I bought a Peugeot 2008 from Balham as I needed a cheap runaround car compliant with ULEZ.
