Great service, bought a car from here in January. It was an efficient process and I would highly recommend.

In the run up to my purchase all was so easy, I honestly couldn't have expected it to go any smoother. John was really polite and professional to deal with. The Golf drives well and I am really happy with it. There are a few little niggles I discovered such as the battery in the spare key being flat but I am happy to sort this myself.

We had a great time when buying from Balham Cars, we went to the dealership to view the car and test drive and were happy with how everything was looking. The guys here were able to get the car ready for us to take the same day so we popped out for some breakfast while we were waiting. The service throughout was excellent and we had no issues.

I bought a Seat Leon from Balham Cars about a month or so ago and I would like to give them five stars for the impeccable experience I had. I viewed the car and took it for a test drive, the gentlemen working here were polite and courteous throughout. When the day came for me to collect the car it was beautifully clean. I most definately recommend.

All round good customer service! I felt like I was well looked after from start to finish when buying my car and there was no unnecessary waiting around. Everything was taken care of in good time.

Customer service was excellent from both of the guys I dealt with there, one of them was John, can't remember the other's name though. I'd rate it 5 out of 5 can't fault it.

The were so accommodating and helpful at Balham cars, I was having real trouble getting to them with all the train strikes so it was quite late in the day when I was finally able to get to them but they were still happy to serve me and I came away with a great car which hasn't given me a single problem.

Amazing service - John and Charlie were happy in assisting when choosing my car and I didn't feel pushed into any decisions. They explained the paperwork side of the purchase clearly. I have been getting on well with my Qashqai since I bought it home.
