Charlie did not come across as the typical pushy car salesperson trying to give it the hard sell, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed in his presence. The service was brilliant from start to finish.

The service at Balham Cars was nothing short of exceptional. Working in sales myself, I can sometimes be skeptical about customer service, but the team at Balham Cars exceeded all my expectations. Onder, who handled most of the transaction, was a true standout. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, honest. He carefully walked us through every detail after we purchased the car and even took the time to show us how everything worked.
