Just bought a car from Banchory Car Centre with help from John and Bill. There was no pressure, our questions were answered and they stepped up to help out. Everything was upfront, honest and delivered as promised. I recommend these guys, and I'm keeping an eye on their stock for a second car.

This chap is probably the most ignorant I’ve ever met on a forecourt.( total gobshite) I looked at what seemed to be not a bad looking car at first glance and he was giving the usual sales man speech.... when I took a closer look and pointed out the glaringly obvious defects, he walked away, giving it loads! I was a cash buyer but this he also threw in my face. If that’s his attitude in trying to sell a car I’m sure his after sales service won’t be any better. I’d stay clear of this company! Unfortunately I can’t thick zero stars below.....

I wanted a used car to use as a commuter on my 60 mile a day round trip. I went to see Lee at the Banchory Car Centre and he was extremely helpful. I fancied a 62 plate Focus and Lee just gave me the keys for a no quibble test drive. The car drove fine and so I bought it. on the day of collection I didn't have a lift so Lee came to my home and took me to collect the car. Excellent. When I collected the car it was clean, freshly serviced, new MOT and a full tank of petrol. Excellent. I have done over 1000 miles in the car now and it has been faultless. I a really pleased all round. I would certainly use them again.

Needed a car on quite a small budget, been around a few garages with either poor service due to low budget or just kept pushing finance. Found Banchory Car Sales through online search, went to see garage and they had 2 cars within budget, the guy was honest advising us that the car closer to budget was the better of the 2 (the other had slight body damage), let us test drive the car - was happy so agreed sale, he serviced and MOT'd car, really neat tidy car well presented and with all paperwork, really helpful staff within 3 days car was ready to be collected and he assisted in arranging the tax for the car online for us. Absolutely recommend the car centre for a car of any budget - service is outstanding and cars are fantastic.

Two weeks ago, we did a trade in deal with Banchory Car Centre. We had spoken to a few other dealers in Aberdeen and Dundee over the last few weeks over several other possible purchases but were not happy at all with their approach and level of knowledge about the cars they were selling and actually so bad that I even considered just going to a car auction. But Banchory Car Centre were amazing. I've been driving since 1981 and I've never encountered such good sevice. in dealing with someone who actually has real knowledge and interest in cars and real pride and care over their level of service. They were very attentive and went to great lengths in resolving some minor squeaks (tailgate) and knocks ( bushings ) before handing the car over. I should add that the trade in price and purchase price was competitive compared to other dealers that treat you like a god in the selling process and then go into hiding if something goes wrong. Truly outstanding.

Phoned them one day about the car. They stayed back after closing hours for me to make it I to view it. 2 days later I have a car with a fresh service and no dramas!! Would definitely buy from them again!

Was told to take down my last review from this place because it was bad, but now since we had to pay £400 to sort a car sold by Banchory cars I'm putting it up again! Bought a car from here and we have had nothing but trouble with it. Steering was meant to be fixed before we got it, but the pipe started leaking within a month! We had to drive out to Banchory from Aberdeen with this faulty car as lee wouldn't agree to let a garage fix it here and he would pay them. He agreed to give us a courtesy car which was nice but he gave us a non roadworthy car, which was tiny and with a broken light also only 2 back seats when he knew we had children. Anyways we picked car up just for the engine light to appear. Went back to Aberdeen garage and it cost us £400 to sort out the problems they never fixed! Texted lee but he never cared and didn't bother to text us back. Never again would I deal with this place!
