Booked a test drive. Arrived to find car was not available. No attempt made to contact me. I was promised I would be contacted to arrange a test drive ASAP. Nothing. I was hoping to spend £20,000 on an e-up, but since you don’t seem to want my custom, I’ve gone elsewhere.

That’s exactly what happened to me! Booked a test drive in advance and then when I arrived they said the car wasn’t available. So you they seriously think people want to blindly spend THOUSANDS of £’s on a car they cannot even test out first??
Awful experience at Beadles Bromley. Booked for a service on the Tuesday they kept my car for 7 hours and then said they were unable to service as short of staff. Car rebooked for Friday service undertaken and health check apparently revealed on the form 90% worn brake pads and puncture if tyre but car was returned to me without any notification of the faults nor any attempt to repair same. I had to take it to Kwik fit Bromley on the Saturday who were marvellous at replacing brake pads and told me there was NO apparent puncture! I will NEVER again go to Beadles as they are Dangerous. I have been their customer for 25 years their treatment of loyal customers is diabolical. After sales Manager M Creed never even acknowledged my emails or complaints. Some after sales. Don’t take your car to Beadles Bromley.
Booked in for an MOT and delivered the car at 9.30 as requested. Was told off for parking in the wrong are but that was soon resolved. I checked in through the newly installed computer system. confirmation by text at 9.33 saying it had been booked in OK. So far so good. Also they confirmed i had a slot for 15.30. At 4pm received a call to say they couldn't do the MoT and that i would have to either leave it or rebook it. Reason given is they had cars still in from yesterday that they hadn't been able to finish. I asked when they knew that they had cars left over from the day before and why it had taken to 4pm to realise that they wouldn't be able to do mine. As expected was met with 'sorry I don't know i have only just been told'!! Just appalling and the only reason its a one star rating is that I couldn't post it unless i gave it at least one star. they did clean it though so one has to be pleased for small mercies!!!!
I tried to get a part for my polo over several weeks. I made numerous calls and was told several times that someone would call me back. This week I was assured that the manager would call me to discuss the poor service. Friday now and unsurprisingly no calls and no part! The customer service is so poor I amazed that they are still trading.
I am disgusted with the service provided at VW Beadles Bromley! Whilst the service was fine, they offered a complimentary wash for the vehicle. Upon returning home and seeing the car in visible sunlight, there were scratch marks and swirl marks left all over the roof and bonnet of the car. I would never ever visit this showroom again as I was offered no compensation for the damage caused to my paintwork!

I have seen how they "valet" the cars. In direct sunlight with a bucket and a wet cloth. Swirl central. If they did a proper valet they would have to pay good money so they opt for the cheap option.
Beadles Volkswagen Bromley Took my car there for a servicing on Saturday 14th March. The Service Advisor, Sarah, was very professional and helpful, offering some sound advice. Received a thorough report upon completion of the service. Was told that the car had even been valeted. Branch was due to close at around 12 noon (around the time I received my car back). Was told that my car was parked at the front of the showroom ready for collection. Somewhat reassured that it was indeed a job well done; I went into my car and drove it away. It was only after I got home that, to my horror, I noticed my car had been damaged. There were plenty of scratch marks on the door on the passenger’s side and there were still patches of dust on the car. I am assuming that the car had not been hand washed, but mechanically washed instead, hence the reason why my car has been so badly scratched everywhere. I called the branch straight away to report the damage, however, was told that the service department had already closed for the day, and was asked to call again during the week days which I did. Nonetheless, when I next called, the receptionist informed me that somebody would be in touch with me to discuss this. To date, I have not received any calls back and no one is picking up any calls there. This is so frustrating because I never get my car washed in those machines for this very same reason: I do not want any scratches on the paintwork of my vehicle, and now exactly that has happened to my car in a place where I would have least expected it to be damaged. Untrustworthy company!

Did you ever get this resolved? I have just returned from having my car serviced plus their complimentary 'clean'. Car is covered in scratch marks and swirl marks and will cost me a fortune to get rectified!
Simply the worst customer service I have ever received - appalling booking systems, nobody every returns calls, appointments not kept to, a complete lack of information, and atrocious customer service when you're there - and to top if of a sales manager who came across as arrogant, self interested and completely disinterest in his staff or customers. Please please please do not waste your time with Beadles Volkswagen Bromley.

Been using Beadles Volkswagen to purchase and service for 15 years never again.
Over the past 9 years my wife & myself have been so disappointed from either the staff who don't seem to want to help, either with small problems like helping us to buy a new car. Our new problem is with a gear box problem on our newly 2 year old car, I don't think the staff talk to each other, its a disgrace how all the staff do their jobs in the first place. They took our car from us for 10 days, and on the 10 day I needed my car back as we were going on holiday for a couple of days. I told them all the details from the start, and we nearly didn't get the car back. Now we have the car back, and its even worse and leaks gear box oil all over my drive, so its not good when its leaking oil every day. I could go on and on. Once this problem is fixed, we will never use Beadles of Bromley ever, your a disgrace to the VW brand name.

I've been saving for quite some time to finally buy myself a 'hot hatch legend'. Having spent months searching I finally came across my dream spec megane RS 265 at beadles garage. I was pumped and couldn't wait, I eagerly wrote an email asking for more information to be sent over regarding service history and the most recent mot. I was told I would hear back shortly. Nothing. I emailed again, this time asking if the car was avaliable for a test drive at the weekend. Nothing. I emailed a third time saying I had not received a reply and could I still test drive it and my phone calls had gone unanswered, finally I got a reply, the car had been sold. I was gutted, to have saved for so long and searched for months only to have the incompetence of this garage cost me my dream hot hatch. Thanks Beadles Volkwagen in Bromley.
