Avoid this dealership for a used auto. purchased a car and they agreed to five items to complete before delivery. only completed two. Also all my paperwork was in some other name. Still waiting for corrections four weeks later. Just terrible service and no reply once they had payment. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went into Beadles VW in Bromley yesterday, shocking service. No one was interested in selling a car, perhaps they think you go in to a showroom to buy a pint of milk and not a car!! Any question asked was too much trouble, we were the only customers in there, wonder why! Has put me off buying a VW, will be spending our well earned money on a BMW instead.

Avoid Beadles Volkswagen in Bromley at all costs, the central reservation team gave me one set of costs pre service and loan car hire, but at the time of loan car collection and post investigation the costs were considerably different.
