You and your team are liars, you damaged a car and refused to show the cctv recordings because you knew you were guilty! no one asked you for money and no one made a claim for anything, we just wanted justice, to admit what you did and apologize and fix what you did. instead you were racist. And now that there are no longer obvious, you are playing victims and jump to the attack. We have evidence, so don't think that you will get away with your lawyer as usual.

We have unfortunately had someone…not this person but somehow related trying to rip us off claiming damage to his vehicle. He obviously hasn’t told anyone that he has reviewed all the CCTV footage where I proved that it wasn’t us that damaged the car. He demanded we paid for the repair. I then sent him proof that when the car came in the mark was on the vehicle prior to us looking at it. Now the only way he feels we will pay for it is plaster bad reviews over various sites with different people all claiming we have damaged cars. Now they are saying that I’m rasist! I’m afraid I haven’t a clue what ‘race’ they are, nor am I interested. I was actually on holiday when these scammers tried to rip us off. Whoever they are, I’m afraid they are letting themselves down. I aim to pursue this legally now and look to seek compensation for what they have attempted to do. The hunted has turned into the hunter! Decide yourself folks. Anyone that knows us, knows what we are about. We offer a first class service. We have built up a solid reputation over 31 years and do not advertise- it’s all word of mouth. That tells you everything. They hide behind a name and a false review. If I was your parent, I’d be thoroughly ashamed of you and what you do to try and ruin a reputation whilst trying to defraud. I will not comment any further.

what you say is very absurd, we didn't choose to come to this garage, we didn't come privately, we came through insurance from Rac, they sent us to you, so I don't understand what money claim you're talking about because our insurance pays you not us....so you lie in face to everyone to cover the dirty things you do! Everything you saying it's a lie, you didn't showed me the cctv with my car from the beginning when I brought the car to you and to when I tooked damaged and spoke with your employee what happened!

Quite clearly, we have had a series of one star reviews over a day which we are an obvious target. These have been reported to the relevant authorities. We appear to have been inundated with a series of people with unusual names in one day all claiming to have their cars damaged. Hey ho- it’s the world we live in afraid. This relates to a damaged car brought in by a ‘new’ customer. He claimed we damaged his bonnet. We didnt even go near his bonnet as the work was done on the inside of the car. I spent one hour with him reviewing CCTV footage and confirmed the damage was there before we even started. I have the proof and sent him the photographic evidence off of the CCTV. He is aware of this. An obvious scam of a new customer bringing in a very minor job and wants £1000 of repair work done free of charge. We are experienced of his like. Because this is a scam, he is trying to ruin our reputation to get money by false representation. I will be following this up with legal advice.
