My new Mini is a lovely little car. I travelled to Newcastle, which is a good distance from where I live, but I am glad I did the journey, and I would have given the customer service a 5-star rating, but the only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 is I still haven't received the V5, so it was quite difficult to tax it.

I traded my previous car in for £10,000 and £2,995 towards the Jaguar XE on 8th October 2025. After purchasing the car, I discovered damage to the rear wheel arch, plastic trim missing from the front passenger seat and the SD card required for satellite navigation was not provided. They also held on to my V5 and it has still not been received. Unbelievable - avoid.
