The Experience at Belle Vue was good, really good. I drove off and never had any issues with the Fiesta. I deal with Peter through the sale process but he was off on the day when I came to collect the vehicle, Simon took care of the whole key hand over process on the day.

The lads over at Belle Vue had a bit of a journey delivering the car to me, they seemed to have hit every possible glitch they could have. Initially it was getting the exhaust welded prior to the MOT, then the MOT and after they finally got the car on the trailer the electronics on the trailer burned out hahaha, they had to leave the thing in Hexham to get the trailer repaired. I’d give the lads 5 starts just for the whole rigmarole they had to go through with the delivery. Simon was a good lad he kept me up to date with the shenanigans happening with the Tuareg. The car is great, loving the 3.0 v6 diesel in it! I’m over 80 years old so I don’t use it too much and when I do its mostly on back roads and a lot of it is point and squirt hahaha. I’ve had to replace the front left valve due to a slow leak, it was relatively cheap, so I didn’t bother the lads in Belle Vue about it. I suspect the turbo will need a rebuild in the next 20,000 miles but that’s normal due to the age of the car, the turbo is a wearable part after all and I’m quite sensitive to turbos. When I’m interested in another vehicle, I'll check on them again.

The Lads at Belle Vue were decent enough lads. I was a bit disappointed that the X3 went to a 50 check prior to the sale but I had to replace the disc and pads after a couple of weeks. The X3 is nice and has been generally ok.

Peter was Brilliant, he genuinely went above and beyond. I sourced the GLA on behalf of a good friend, we travelled from South Wales to Belle View to pick up the car together. The Merc GLA had developed one issues after a week, it was an ABS sensor on the back but you can’t blame the garage for it. During the whole purchasing process I was in contact with Luke the whole time and he was very accommodating and unbelievably helpful. When we were trading in the SLK we drove up in we got a very fair price as well. There was another chap in the office as well, my friend had a good chat as well as they were both in the forces, both the lads are genuine gentlemen.

I ended up going with Belle Vue for the vehicle as when I was researching dealerships around me and they had good reviews. When I went down to Belle Vue, they had a quite nice and tidy yard and stuff. The Ford Focus has been very good.

Now that everything has been fixed with the Volkswagen, its champion. I was impressed with the communication, anytime I had a question they would respond on WhatsApp. I really couldn’t fault them for that; it was spot on. On top of this, they even stayed behind to get everything sorted for us.

I can’t fault the range rover sport, its beautiful. It wasn’t an easy experience, but it wasn’t totally Belle vues fault. I had a few issues with the MOT, and nobody was answering the phones or emails which I found inconvenient. On the other hand, when it came to sorting the bits and pieces including the finance, I couldn’t fault them for it.
