The chap who dealt with the sale of my new Jeep was very helpful and informative he did exactly what he said he would do prior to collecting the car. I've even had followed up with a call after to check everything was ok so brilliant after sales care. Would definitely recommend and revisit for my next car.

Bought a car from this dealer a month ago. From the very start they were professional and made us feel welcome without being pushy. Absolutely love my Jeep Grand Cherokee... its a lot of fun to drive, I've been wanting one a while so feel very happy. These are the people to see if you are looking for a nice Jeep, all stock well kept, even the older range. We would definitely purchase from Berkshire Jeeps again.

Excellent customer service very friendly and no headache when dealing with them. I did the majority of the buying online and only saw the car when it arrived with the delivering guy. I'm a distance away so buying online saved me a lot of time, travelling and stress! The car turned up as it should, everything in check and it was nice to see the delivery driver as excited as me about my new car, he was great showing me around and ensured I was happy before he went anywhere. I would highly recommend Berkshire Jeeps and I would go back again.

Highly recommend Berkshire Jeeps they have a really nice range of quality used cars. We felt like we were in safe hands. The staff are friendly and genuine and we felt under no pressure to buy – the whole process was very relaxed. The car was immaculate and runs beautifully – we drove away very happy customers.

Recently just bought a new mini here and from start to finish the whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble, exceptional service. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jason at Berkshire Jeeps. I have to say that I'm very happy with my purchase. The car was cleaned to a finish of a new car, extremely impressive condition. Jason was very helpful & very switched on, he had an answer to every single questions, there was nothing about the car he didn't know. This is better service than you would expect from a main dealer. Absolute first class and such attention to detail. From first contact with the owner through to the test drive and the pick up of the vehicle the dealer was fantastic, highly recommended. I'm chuffed with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee its a brilliant 4x4. Ill be back when I want another 👍

Jason was very helpful and unfortunately, i had to pull out of deal but this was no problem to Jason. Jason immediately refunded my deposit on a distance purchase because of no interruption and this is usually where service does fall but not with this company. Highly recommend this dealer not only for relaxed approach and helpfulness, but good customer service even when there is no profit. Martin.
