The customer service was second to none, I was blown away with Jason and how caring, helpful and kind he was. He handled everything very professionally and I felt extremely valued. Jason sold me an fantastic Ford Fiesta and I absolutely love it. There is nothing at all I dislike about the car, its perfect. There's lots to learn and I feel like I need a degree in technology to figure out all the functions, buttons and tech inside, but its very modern and I'm figuring more out the more I'm in it, I know if I really cant figure anything Jason would be more than happy to run me through it. I cant recommend Berkshire Jeeps and Jason and his skills highly enough, you wont be disappointed.

Berkshire Jeeps exceeded expectations, with the car and the whole experience! Jason was brilliant, very easy to get along with, he looked after me very well and was extremely helpful! I bought a Mazda 2 and the car is great, I was just getting used to it and getting a good feel for how it drives and I've been hit with a 10 day isolation, so I'm really really keen to get back out in it!

Really happy with it the Jeep Grand Cherokee, it's a really nice drive, I'm surprised at how much I really enjoy driving it. I come from a Land Rover, however I'm fully converted, I will never get another Land Rover, I'm Jeep through and through now, what cracking motors they are. The handling, the way it drives, everything is so much better than Land Rover, chuffed to bits with it I am. Couldn't fault Jason at all, so happy with everything he did for me, a genuinely nice bloke willing to help, its the only place I'll come if I buy another in the future.

Looking at the many positive reviews here gave me confidence to buy direct from Berkshire Jeeps via the Internet, sight unseen. No problems, Jade & Jason were so helpful & clear about the vehicle throughout the process even ensuring that a major repair discovered was completely fixed, new parts, before delivery. In spite of a slight delay the vehicle arrived direct to Exeter and their delightful driver pronounced the car wonderful to drive, I agree. It's in excellent condition, mechanically first class & with a full history & low mileage, I will get many more years out of the Jeep before it moves on. I cannot recommend Berkshire Jeeps highly enough.

The guy at this dealership was so nice, he was really welcoming, and explained everything clearly to me. I found the Volvo XC90 online and rang to arrange a viewing. I took my brother with me who is a automotive engineer. The guy left us to it and didnt put any pressure on us at all. He told my brother to have a decent look over and to ask away with anything at all. The car ticked all the boxes for me and my Brother was pretty impressed with how well it had been looked after so I took the plunge... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Its the perfect car and I'm so glad I went ahead and bought it, Thank you Berkshire Jeeps!

Jason was brilliant I honestly couldn’t fault him. The range of stock at Berkshire Jeeps was fantastic, we was able to pick 3 cars and test drive all 3 of them. Not many dealerships would allow this but Jason was great, we turned up and he had 1 ready with trade plates on, he gave us a recommended test drive route and he got the other cars ready whilst we was out with the first car. All Dogde Nitro, 1 was cloth interior, 1 was leather interior and the other one was petrol. So we got a feel for the variants. We chose the second car which was cloth interior and diesel. Jason was really honest and upfront about the car and its condition, he mentioned that there was a couple of clips broken, arm rest needed replacing etc, he got all this sorted prior to the collection. An absolutely great car buying experience and one that I would love to do again with Berkshire Jeeps - I will certainly recommend and use again myself in the near future.

Very happy with the Jeep Grand Cherokee, I've hardly used it that much, but when I have driven it its been a pleasure, very happy. Customer service was great, Jason was a helpful chap and nothing was too much trouble, I'd be very happy to shop here in the future.
